Welcome to Lotely, a mobile app owned and operated by KOIGON INTERACTIVE S.L., a company registered in Spain with address at Sinforiano López 54, 1B; 15005, La Coruña, Spain (CIF: B56885387). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lotely mobile application ("App").

By using Lotely, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Overview of the Service

• Lotely allows players to participate in daily giveaways of real money prizes, funded by advertising revenue generated within the app.
• Each day's giveaway ends at 00:00:00 UTC, and winners are selected at random from all valid entries (tickets) received before that cutoff.
• The jackpot may be split into multiple prizes, and winners are assigned randomly for each prize.

2. Access & User Accounts

• When you launch Lotely for the first time, a randomized anonymous player ID is automatically assigned to you.
• Your player account is stored locally on your device and cannot be accessed from another device.
• You are responsible for keeping your device secure and not deleting the app if you want to retain access to your account.
• Players who engage in misuse, exploitation, fraud, or any other behavior that violates these Terms may be banned or suspended at our sole discretion.

3. Giveaways & Rewards

• Players must spend tickets to enter daily giveaways.
• Tickets are completely free and may be obtained daily, with opportunities to earn more through engaging with optional rewarded ads.
• There are no additional eligibility requirements to win a prize beyond having submitted at least one ticket during the giveaway period.
• Winners are selected randomly and notified in-app and via push notifications (if enabled).
• Current rewards consist of real money prizes paid via PayPal in USD.
• Players must claim their prize within the app and submit a valid PayPal email address to receive payment.
• Apple is not a sponsor, affiliated with or involved in any way with our giveaways, contests, sweepstakes, prizes or anything else in the app.
• Google is not a sponsor, affiliated with or involved in any way with our giveaways, contests, sweepstakes, prizes or anything else in the app.

4. Prize Payouts

All prizes are paid via PayPal in USD. To receive a prize, winners must claim it within the app and provide a valid PayPal email address.

We are not responsible for delays, fees or failures in payment due to:

• Incorrect or invalid PayPal details provided by the player.
• Technical or service issues on the part of PayPal.
• Legal, regulatory, or anti-fraud requirements.
• Payment fees charged by PayPal.

Payouts are usually processed within 7 business days, but may take longer during peak periods or due to verification checks.

We reserve the right to withhold or cancel any prize payout if:

• The user has violated these Terms.
• There is suspected or confirmed fraud, cheating, exploitation, or manipulation of the app or giveaway.
• The user fails to complete necessary steps to claim the prize (e.g., providing a valid PayPal email or not having claimed the prize from the app).

Unclaimed prizes may be cancelled after 14 calendar days from the giveaway date.

5. Advertising & Monetization

• Lotely includes in-app advertisements, including rewarded video ads.
• Watching ads is always completely optional.
• Ad revenue helps fund the daily jackpot giveaways.

6. In-App Purchases & Payments

• There are no in-app purchases or real-money transactions in Lotely.
• Participation and rewards are entirely free for users.

7. User Conduct

By using Lotely, you agree to:

• Not cheat, exploit bugs, or attempt to manipulate the system.
• Not engage in offensive, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
• Not use the app in a way that compromises its fairness, stability, or functionality.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lotely is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the functionality, availability, or performance of the app or the accuracy of giveaway results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOIGON INTERACTIVE S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Updates will be effective immediately upon publication in the app, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised.
• You are responsible for reviewing the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance.
